At K Homstyler, we strive to deliver high-quality digital and physical products to our customers. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy to understand how we handle issues related to order satisfaction.

1. No Returns or Refunds – Replacement Only

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any of our products — both physical and digital.
However, if you receive:

  • A defective, damaged, or incomplete product, or
  • A wrong product that does not match your order
    You are eligible for a one-time replacement of the same or an equivalent product.

2. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • For Physical Products:
    • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Provide photo/video evidence of the defect or damage.
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).
  • For Digital Products:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Provide a clear explanation and screenshots showing errors (e.g., missing files, wrong design pack, corrupted files).
    • After 24 hours of purchase, replacements for digital products are no longer possible.
    • Watermarking is applied to digital products; however, physical products will be sent without a watermark.

We reserve the right to assess the claim and determine eligibility based on the provided evidence.

3. How to Request a Replacement

  • Full Name
  • Order ID

  • Attach clear photos/videos/screenshots

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days and guide you through the replacement process.

4. Timeframe for Replacements

  • If approved, replacements for digital products will be sent within 24–48 hours via email.
  • For physical products, replacements will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days depending on availability and location.

5. Additional Notes

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Downloaded digital products
  • Buyer’s change of mind
  • Incorrect file usage or compatibility issues not caused by us
  • Delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers

Shipping Costs for physical product replacements (if applicable) will be borne by us if the fault is on our side (defective, incorrect item). Otherwise, the customer may need to cover shipping.
